(you keep punching im going to train my self tell me when you brake the punching bag

Kushina starts to hit the bag but at first it hurt so much she didn't knew if she would be able to continue training like that.

but after several times she closed her eyes and visualised the bag and than her hand hitting it so hard it broke.

after this she fulle concentrated on her hand and hit the bag with way more strenght.


and after 1.5 hours she took a look at the bag and saw that the bag was already in a worse shape.


Finaly after 6 long hours punching and kicking the freaking bag together with inao the bag made a loud crack and it broke apart.




Kushina sits down and looks at her hand wich is bleeding.
She does feels very happy because of the effort.

so sensei whats the next task? Kushina asks.


Since the sensei is still doing handsings for special jutsus Kushina decides to sit down and starts to think of only one emotion.
she thinks of Minato and how much she loves him. This way she can get a better hold of the emotion and so her eyes turn red. This doesn't lasts long but Kushina tries it again and again to enfold her kekkei genkei a bit better

i didnt expect 1 of you to brake the punching bag for 2 days

eack kuni wire sends 10 kuni the object of this training is to dodge as many kuni as posibal to increses speed

Kushina stops practicing with her emotions and walks to the first wire.

as the kunis fly towards her she dodges the first 7 but the 8th has to be stopped by her sensei as she collapses onto the ground.
the training of her kekkei genkei and the braking of the bag was to exausthing for her so she first had to take a rest befor continueing training.


after the rest Kushina right away starts training again and now dodges all 10 kunis from the first wire

As the sensei notices this he pulls 2 wires and 20 kunis fly towards kushina. She dodges most of them but not all and the sensei had to help again.

but kushina won't give up and keeps training and training till the next day and is determined to dodge all kunis by than.

now try dodging 50

*watches Kushina* .... *is still hitting bag*

*closes and hits bag and it cracks a little*
